COMPARISON: Simon was a defensive end in high school and rated there by the services but 6'1" is a tad short for that position. He's a couple years away from competing as he'll arrive to Iowa around 240 pounds. Nathan Bazata plays interior defensive line at 6'2" and carries 284 pounds really well. If Simon can add the 40 pounds and keep his quickness, he could be one of Iowa's starting defensive tackles in two years.
