It’s game time in Iowa City once again! Your #5 Iowa Hawkeyes are set to host a talented Kent State team looking to challenge for a MAC championship.

The Hawkeyes are fresh off their second straight top-25 win and are set to play their first game inside Kinnick Stadium as a top-5 team in the nation since 1985. The Golden Flashes come in with upset on the mind. After losing their opener at the -#6 Texas A&M, they rolled to a 60-10 win over VMI in week two and boast one of the best rushing attacks in the nation.

Can Iowa avoid being the next team to be upset in 2021? Can this Hawkeye defense slow down one of the most potent offenses in the nation? Will Spencer Petras and the Iowa offense finally ease the minds of Hawkeye fans? Those questions and so many more will be answered in week 3.
