The Iowa Hawkeyes took a beating on Thursday night at the hands of #3 Michigan, officially eliminating them from Big Ten Championship contention. Now they travel to Ohio State to take on the #4 Buckeyes in an effort to keep their hopes for a top-4 seed in the Big Ten Tournament alive.
The Buckeyes are themselves struggling a bit. They’ve lost their last two against Michigan and at Michigan State. Now they look to get back on track and avoid falling below the climbing Purdue Boilermakers. Can Iowa bounce back from the loss at Michigan to avenge their earlier home loss to the Buckeyes? Will the return of CJ Fredrick outweigh the loss of Jack Nunge? Or will Ohio State again be too much for the Hawkeyes? We’ll have our answers shortly.
