The 2020 NFL Draft is poised to be an historic one. For the first time in history, the draft will be held remotely. There will be no commissioner on a stage holding jerseys with newly minted millionaires. There will be no cut to the green room for players anxiously checking phones. Everything will be done virtually in the new socially distanced world in which we find our selves.
Despite the coronavirus pandemic and the added headache of holding the entire draft from remote locations, the draft will indeed go on as planned. In a world without sports, over the next several days we will all be treated to real life sports news. Even if it’s not on-field action, we can all agree the live event is a welcome addition to our quarantined lives.
Things kick off at 7pm CT tonight - Thursday, April 23rd. The first round runs on day 1, followed by rounds 2-3 at 6pm CT on Friday, April 24th. The action wraps up with rounds 4-7 beginning at 11am on Satruday, April 25th.
