Two more underclassmen on the list today and each are trying to get into the two-deeps by the end of the season.

Dallas Craddieth — RS Freshman

St. Louis, MO (Hazelwood Central)

5’11”, 205 lbs

2019 Projection: Reserve Safety

Tyler Goodson — Freshman

Suwanee, GA (North Gwinnett)

5’10”, 190 lbs

2019 Projection: Reserve Running Back

Craddieth comes to Iowa from St. Louis where he was a four-star recruit with a bushel basket full of offers from division one schools. A hard hitter, Craddieth will have his work cut out for him to get opportunities in 2019 due to the projected depth in the defensive backfield.

His background as a tackling machine and the high interest level in him during high school indicates that there is certainly potential. Craddieth began with the third string at last weeks scrimmage but was eventually rotating in with the second team.

Goodson is another recruit that had a lot of offers from big schools. A late push from Michigan was refused and Goodson ended up signing with the Hawkeyes.

A three-star recruit, and Player of the Year as a senior from the state of Georgia, Goodson will have to have a strong camp and make a good impression in his first few attempts to avoid a redshirt in 2019.
