FanPulse Week 13: Hawkeyes Move Up After Win vs Illinois

What does a win vs a spunky Illinois team do for the FanPulse rankings? You get a slight bump of course:

Iowa moved up to 21 in this week’s FanPulse poll with its 19-10 win over Illinois last weekend. Ohio St couldn’t leap over LSU with its victory over Penn St and remained #2. Minnesota moved up after beating Northwestern setting itself up for a big bump if the Gophers can beat Wisconsin who remains in the Top 20. Michigan makes it 6 Big Ten teams in the Top 25 but are 3 spots behind a Notre Dame team they handily beat which is...perplexing.

You all have Iowa 18th and couple that with 82% confidence in the program’s direction. This is actually slightly down from the week prior even after a win:

82% is strong and it’s probably safe to say this would be higher if the offense could crack that magical 26 point mark in a game or two.

For whatever reason, Thanksgiving brings a lot of flaming hot #foodtakes so we of course wanted to know what side dish can you get rid of. Candied Yams/Sweet Potatoes edged out Green Bean Casserole 31% to 29% as the dish that must be banned. I think we can all agree, Thanksgiving is about over-indulging and it doesn’t matter how you do it.
