The second edition of the CFB Playoff Rankings were released Tuesday night and Iowa remained in the Top 25 after their 24-22 loss to Wisconsin, coming in at #20, a fall of just two spots from their opening last week at #18.

Other Big Ten teams in the rankings include Ohio State (2), Minnesota (8), Penn State (9), Wisconsin (14), and Michigan (15). Both Wisconsin and Michigan fell a spot this week even though Wisconsin beat then #18 Iowa.
A win against Minnesota moves Iowa back into the top 20 while a loss probably knocks them out of the rankings for good.
LSU’s big win over Alabama vaulted them over Ohio State and into the top spot while Alabama falls out of the top four to number five. No confirmation that the NCAA is petitioning to have the bowl playoffs expanded to eight teams this year to accommodate the Crimson Tide.
Ohio State and Clemson’s road to the final four is pretty clean. LSU is probably in even if they lose to Georgia in the conference championship. Georgia is probably out if they lose in the conference title game opening the door back up for...Alabama (though Oregon matches up against Utah in early December).
