IOWA FOOTBALL VS. PURDUE SECOND HALF GAME THREAD

Maps of Kinnick that highlight where the endzone is will be handed out to the Hawks in the locker room.

Kirk Ferentz is wondering if Keith Duncan has seven or eight field goals in him today.

Keith Duncan is doing his job. The offensive play calling and execution, not so much. The Hawkeye defense is probably enough to win this game but the offense needs to do the opposite of whatever they are initially thinking the rest of the way.

Some new faces on the defense making contributions, let’s hope it continues in the second half. A late Purdue drive eating big chunks of yards makes it imperative that the offense can find a way to keep Purdue down at least two scores so that Iowa can avoid a late game upset.

Play nice in the comments. We’ve learned that nothing really changed this week.

Go Hawks!
