Iowa football is concluding spring practice this evening with a ... practice that’s open to the public.
It’s typical that the Iowa spring game isn’t actually a game, but in years past there’s been a controlled scrimmage with a weird scoring system in place as part of the event. I haven’t seen anything about that this year, so I believe we’re just getting a standard practice with a little 11-on-11 sprinkled in.
Still, we’re junkies, so we’re going to watch.
I previewed the spring thing a little bit yesterday, and I’m not sure there’s much left to cover besides the bare facts of the event.
