After going 1-1 last week against Michigan State and Iowa State, the Iowa men’s basketball team is still in the AP top-25 rankings, earning the No. 22 designation this week.

Iowa dropped four spots after coming into last week at No. 18. Back-to-back losses to ranked Wisconsin and MSU likely kicked Iowa out to the fringes of the top-25, but a decisive 98-84 win over Iowa State on Thursday night may have put the Hawks back on the precipice of the rankings.
Iowa has just one game this week, taking on Northern Iowa Saturday evening. That’ll be fun!
Iowa was also ranked 21st in the coaches poll this week, and No. 21 in the NCAA’s Power 36, whatever that is.
