Hello all, it’s homecoming week and Iowa has won two very convincing games on the road. We hope you like what you’ve seen, as there really aren’t many changes to the depth chart coming in Week 8. A couple players make their returns to the two-deeps, one has fallen off, and yeah. Take a look.
Here’s your Week 8 offense:

Here’s your Week 8 defense:

Some thoughts:
- It appears Brady Ross is OUT this upcoming week, as Austin Kelly is listed first on the depth chart at fullback.
- A REAL change! Ivory Kelly-Martin is back on the two-deeps, but this week, he’s the OR listed next to Mekhi Sargent. Toren Young looks like he might be the #1 guy at running back, and based off his performance last week, it’s hard to say he hasn’t earned it.
- The linebackers look about the same, although with the addition of what we could assume is a healthier Nick Niemann. He’s #2 behind Barrington Wade this week, while Jack Hockaday has yet to make a return. Kristian Welch is still #1 at MLB, with Amani Jones #2.
- Keeping in the theme of no change on defense, Riley Moss and Julius Brents both remain ahead of Michael Ojemudia and Matt Hankins, respectively.
That is it. Those are literally all of the changes.
What do you think?
