Josey Jewell earned his second career Big Ten defensive player of the week honor following his legendary performance against Penn State Saturday night.

Jewell is sharing the nod with Michigan’s Chase Winovich, who had 3 sacks and 6 solo tackles against Purude.
Jewell had 16 tackles against Penn State to go along with an interception and 3 tackles for a loss in Iowa’s heartbreaker.
The other POTW honor came earlier this year following his performance against Wyoming.
We look forward to Jewell terrorizing opponents for the remainder of the season.
