Ivory Kelly-Martin was the first running back to commit to the Iowa Hawkeyes way back in April, and he will officially be a Hawkeye next year after signing his National Letter of Intent.

Kelly-Martin is the consensus best running back in the state of Illinois and 50th best in the country (per 247 Sports composite rankings), so it’s nice that Iowa was able to recruit him over the powerhouse football schools Illinois has to offer, such as Illinois and Illinois State.
