Henry Geil looks to be an integral cog in the machine for the Hawkeyes in the next couple seasons, and it appears as though he’s well-equipped to do so. During his senior campaign, he logged 224 carries and 1,479 yards on his way to 16 touchdowns at Preble High School. He’s an accomplished track athlete, so you can tell right away from his film that he has speed for days and looks to punish defenses with his breakaway speed. While Wadley is quick, Iowa hasn’t had a fast tailback like Geil on the roster in quite some time, which could lead to an entertaining thunder and lightning combination.
