NO. 3 IOWA WRESTLING VS. NO. 1 OKLAHOMA STATE OPEN THREAD

Hawkeyes and Cowboys, let’s do it

Thomas Gilman will get a nice challenge against No. 11 Nick Piccininni
The Daily Iowan

It’s finally here, No. 3 Iowa and No. 1 Oklahoma State, the best rivalry in NCAA wrestling, is scheduled for 2 p.m. Central Time in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Bless those of you that took 35 down south, bless those of us sitting on our couches watching the Flowrestling stream. I’m jealous of you watching on Fox Sports Oklahoma.

We discussed this dual in the primer Friday, give it a read if you’d like. Really hoping for the Hawkeyes to make it four straight over the Cowboys, not only because of you know, the team, but also because there’s an awesome sad John Smith photo ready for the blog if that’s the case. We can only hope. By the way, Smith looks like Johnny Cash and Tony from Real World: Skeletons.

Let’s get weird.
