The newest AP and Coaches’ Top 25 polls of the 2016 season were released on Sunday afternoon. The Associated Press sees Iowa as the 13th best team in the nation, while the Coaches ranked the Hawkeyes 11th.

The Big Ten now has 2 of the top 4 teams in the country according to the AP, with Ohio State and Michigan each jumping one spot to numbers 3 and 4, respectively. Wisconsin continued to impress the AP, as they also moved up a spot to No. 9. Michigan State is ranked 12 in the AP and 8 by the Coaches, holding their same positions as last week. Nebraska received votes in both polls, and Minnesota received 1 vote in the Coaches’ Poll. Looks like the Big Ten West might not be as terrible as the rest of the world seems to think.

Alabama continues to hold the top spot after their victory over Western Kentucky. Clemson fell 3 spots to No. 5 after escaping with a victory of Troy. Florida State overtook the No. 2 position. Ohio State and Michigan round out the top 4.

Each poll is listed below. Did the AP and the Coaches get it right after Week 2?
