IOWA HAWKEYES VS. PURDUE BOILERMAKERS: FIRST HALF GAME THREAD

Wow, what a horrific picture I picked to post of Purdue Pete for this game thread. Y’all are totally welcome.

IT’S THE MOST HATIN’ ASS GAME OF THE SEASON. OUR MOST HATED RIVAL PURDUE. We don’t play for a trophy or anything, but I don’t need no stinkin’ trophy to tell me how to feel about this one. Both teams are looking for a victory to catapult them into the next week. Iowa will be one win away from bowl eligibility, while Purdue will probably extend Darrell Hazell for another 10 years. I do hear they wish they had the coaching security that Iowa has...

Fun side note: If Nebraska loses to Indiana and Purdue wins today, the Boilermakers will be at least be tied for first place in the division. What a time to be alive, huh?
