For the first time all season, Iowa has to respond to a Big Ten loss.

Jeffrey Becker-USA TODAY Sports

Well, we haven't been here for a while -- with Iowa needing to bounce back after a regular season Big Ten defeat. Iowa dropped a game at Maryland on Thursday night, their first regular season Big Ten loss in almost a year. They last loss a regular season Big Ten game last February to -- guess who? -- Northwestern, also on the road. Iowa's last loss at all was back in early December, when they dropped a heartbreaker in Ames against Iowa State. So it's been a while since we've seen them have to pick themselves up off the mat. How will they respond to defeat? We'll soon find out. Fortunately, Northwestern looks like they could be a fairly accommodating opponent, based on the stats so far this season.

The game tips off at approximately 2 PM CT, with TV coverage from BTN and online coverage from BTN2Go.
