The former Olympic champion and legendary Iowa wrestling coach has a new book out: "A Wrestling Life: The Inspiring Stories of Dan Gable." It's excellent, whether you know anything about wrestling or not, and comes highly recommended from us.

Given that this is about actual wrestling, we turned the podcast over to Ross.  What follows is an hour with a man who needs no further introduction.  Enjoy.
