Lisa Bluder has accomplished a lot during her 15-year career at Iowa. She's won over 300 games, won a Big Ten title, won a Big Ten Tournament title, and made eight straight trips to the NCAA Tournament. But one thing she's never done at Iowa -- keep playing on the second weekend of the tournament. It's hard to imagine that she'll have a better chance to end that drought than today. Iowa has a home game against a #11 seed, Miami, with a trip to the Sweet 16 on the line. Miami is a solid team, but they're not a particularly great team -- Iowa has beaten several teams better than the Canes during the regular season. Come on, Hawks. Keep this ride going.
The game tips off at 11:00 AM CT, with TV coverage from ESPN2 and online coverage from WatchESPN/ESPN3. The game will be on ESPN2 for viewers in Iowa and the Miami area, but may not be on ESPN2 in other areas; the Duke-Mississippi State game is on ESPN2 at the same time and they may be switching between games. The entire Iowa-Miami game will be available on WatchESPN/ESPN3, though.
EDIT: You can watch the game on WatchESPN here.
