As of this posting, all of the Big Ten bowl matchups have been confirmed.
First impressions are that the NY6 Bowls should be pretty darn entertaining. Ohio State v. Notre Dame is a rematch of the 2006 Fiesta Bowl, Iowa and Stanford have surprisingly never played before and Houston should be able to hang with Florida State. The Citrus Bowl will likely have a final score of 6-9, Indiana v. Duke could be a 100 point game and hopefully Northwestern fares better against Tennessee than their last Big Ten bowl opponent.
Oh, and it looks like Nebraska got in so hypothetically they could be one of the first teams in college football history to go 5-8 in a season. Good for them.
(I included the Armed Forces bowl as it is still a Big Ten bowl game despite a Big Ten team not being selected).
