Is it 7 o'clock yet? WHY NOT

John Geliebter-USA TODAY Sports

There's football today before 7 PM?  Turns out there is!  The early highlight is probably the AAC Championship Game, which should determine which non-Power 5 team makes the New Year's Six bowl games.  Houston is at home and off a big win over Navy, but the Owls are scrappy.  HOOT HOOT.  Meanwhile, if you just want to bask in points, Southern Miss-Western Kentucky stands a good chance of being an offensive explosion.

IOWA vs Michigan State (FOX -- we'll have a separate game thread later, of course)
