IOWA HAWKEYES 24 MINNESOTA GOPHERS 14 : SECOND HALF GAME THREAD

THAT WAS FUN. Iowa's offense scored on two drives of over 90 yards and Iowa leads 24-14 at the half. We can smell the bacon but there's still a half of football to play.

CJ Beathard looks like he did in week one moving very well out there and racking up 47 yards rushing to go with 132 yards passing. LeShun Daniels looks the best he ever has in an Iowa uniform and has 90 yds on just 10 carries for 2 TDs. Iowa's D needs to step it up but Iowa receives to start the half.

There's other games of interest. Oregon leads Stanford 28-23 as I type this and OU and Baylor are tied at 13 just before the half. Elsewhere, Bert's fighting hogs lead LSU 24-14 in the third.
