Iowa Hawkeyes vs. Minnesota Golden Gophers: Start Time, TV Coverage, How to Watch Online, Odds

Time to table the talk about rankings and playoffs and division titles and all of the other fodder that provides great discussion during the week.  It's time to focus on what matters today: beating Minnesota and getting Floyd of Rosedale back.  Minnesota is Iowa's oldest rival, the team that the Hawkeyes have played more often than any other in all the land.  This is a rivalry drenched in history, with a prize of not just bragging rights but the best damn rivalry trophy in the sport.  Floyd is the best, but he's (sadly) spent the entire year residing in Minneapolis.  He's finally crossing the border again for this game -- he doesn't need to make a return trip to Minnesota.  He should stay put in Iowa City at the end of the night.

Last year, Minnesota blew Iowa's doors off, outplaying the Hawkeyes in every facet of the game on the way to a 51-14 win that felt even more lopsided than that.  There's plenty at stake in this game for Iowa, but even if all of those other things weren't at play tonight, avenging that loss -- and reclaiming Floyd -- would be enough to make this an important game for Iowa.  Forget the Rose Bowl for now.  All that matters is the Floyd of Rosedale Bowl.  #FreeFloyd
