HERE'S A PIC.

THE GAZETTE HAS A RECAP. And it sounds as if it was a grand old time. Iowa does terrific things for the University Children's Hospital. This is one of them.

AND THIS IS REALLY AWESOME.

THERE'S ALSO A BIT OF NEWS FROM THE CLINIC. With Nico's current run-in with the law, the players had their summer curfew reduced from 1:00 am to 11:00 pm.

THE STATE OF IOWA CELEBRATED THE CY-HAWK SERIES MONDAY.

IOWA FOOTBALL RECRUIT ROSS REYNOLDS WILL START ON SCHOLARSHIP RIGHT AWAY. Originally, Reynolds was considered a "gray shirt" recruit. Meaning, he'd pay his own way his first semester on campus and start his scholarship in January. Now, he's a full-fledged scholarship player beginning this fall. Congrats.

HERE'S THE NEXT COMMIT, PROBABLY.

HEY, HEY, HEY! It's Iowa day on the Big Ten Network. Tune in all day for various Iowa victories.

AARON WHITE GETTING EARLY ALL-BIG TEN LOVE.

SPEAKING OF WHITE. He's been selected to participate at the Kevin Durant Skills Academy. Hopefully Durant can teach White how to shoot from outside.

THE MLB DRAFT WAS HELD OVER THE WEEKEND. A few Hawkeyes were taken by Major League teams. Short stop Jake Yacinich was an 8th round selection of the Los Angeles Angels. Taylor Zeutenhorst was a 38th round pick by the Seattle Mariners and Sasha Kuebel was also a 38th round pick of the St. Louis Cardinals.
