Open thread for the afternoon college football action.

Leon Halip

The early action is done -- time to see what the afternoon holds in terms of college football thrills and chills.  The Big Ten isn't offering much of interest -- just a battle between the Big Ten's best (Michigan State) and one of its worst (Purdue).  The real intrigue is elsehwere, like a pair of battle of unbeatens (Auburn-Mississippi State, TCU-Baylor) and a do-or-die game between 1-loss teams (Oregon-UCLA).  Those games ought to provide some fireworks.

B1G Games

Games From Other, Lesser Leagues
Auburn at Mississippi State (2:30 PM, CBS)
TCU at Baylor (2:30 PM, ABC/ESPN2)
North Carolina at Notre Dame (2:30 PM, NBC)
Oregon at UCLA (2:30 PM, FOX)
Louisville at Clemson (2:30 PM, ESPNU)
VMI at Navy (2:30 PM, CBS Sports)
Oklahoma State at Kansas (3 PM, Fox Sports 1)
