How can you follow the 2014 Wrestling Tournament? Good question.
Reminder, @ESPNU / ESPN3 will be covering Session 1 & 2 of the #d1wrestle champs tomorrow. http://t.co/lbbrsNxpsN | pic.twitter.com/94HRKmh53G

The good news is there's a lot of TV coverage -- more than ever before. Today's sessions (Session I this afternoon and Session II this evening) are both on ESPNU. Tomorrow's quarterfinals are also on ESPNU. Tomorrow night's semifinals are on ESPN (not ESPNU). The consolation matches Saturday morning are on ESPNU and the championship matches Saturday night are on ESPN, as usual.
In addition, WatchESPN will have full coverage from all mats online.
How about radio? Glad you asked.
Mark Ironside and Steven Grace are available on AM-800 KXIC (locally) and Hawkeye All-Access (nationally, but $$$).
KCJJ will hopefully be offering a free audio stream as well.
There's also a free online stream at TheMat.com -- it will have a national focus, though.
And Twitter?
