HOOPYBALL OPEN THREAD: Win One for the Geezers

Here come the Hawkeyes, dropped in the middle of NFL Championship Sunday (not good for attendance) without a win in Big Ten play (also not good for attendance), facing the similarly mediocre Indiana Hoosiers (probably also not good for attendance). What we're saying is attendance might not be good.

With that said, it's Iowa's best opportunity to break their current losing streak, in which they've lost six straight games. They've played the cream of the Big Ten crop during that streak, with two games against undefeated Ohio State and three other games against likely tournament teams. They've also only stayed within ten points of their opponent once. It's only mid-January, and there are surely still winnable games on the schedule, but this game feels like the last stand at the Alamo for McCaffery's first squad.

Tipoff is set for 2:05. Live coverage on BTN, with Tom Hart and Kenyon Murray on the call. The rules are simple: Don't post illegal streams of the game, don't post any pornography, and don't be a jackass.
