WORLD CUP OPEN THREAD: DAY TEN

Stu Forster

More Messi magic?

The day gets underway with Argentina and Lionel Messi looking to add to his career 2-goal tally in the World Cup, but the real attraction is Germany v. Ghana, which has implications on the United States' progression through Group G -- and should also serve as a nice preview of the USA's final group opponent next Thursday.

TODAY'S GAMES:

Argentina v. Iran (11 AM CT, ESPN and WatchESPN, Adrian Healey and Roberto Martinez)
Germany v. Ghana (2 PM CT, ESPN and WatchESPN, Jon Champion and Stewart Robson)
Nigeria v. Bosnia-Herzegovina (5 PM CT, ESPN and WatchESPN, Daniel Mann and Efan Ekoku)

The usual rules apply.
