Buried in all the news of Disney & Dish's new contract which will result in the Longhorn Network, and SEC Network getting national coverage is that Dish has now established a precedent that may make cord cutting even more popular. UPROXX has the rundown, but the basic idea is: In exchange for limiting usage of the AdHopper, Dish has convinced Disney (Or is ABC the parent company?) that they should allow Dish subscribers to view Disney channels on the internet.
