Sharrif Floyd should have been a Hawkeye...

So it looks like new Viking DT Sharrif Floyd chose the wrong university on Signing Day a few years ago. He's going to be woefully unprepared to deal with the rigors of the NFL while trying to contend with his tragically short arms. While I'm sure Florida is a fine university and they routinely turns out quality NFL prospects, we all know there is only one school that gets the most out of players with T-Rex arms. He'll be regularly contending with Iowa short armers and division foes, Riley Reiff and Bryan Bulaga, so you would think that would level the playing field. Unfortunately he hasn't been "coached-up" throughout his college career. In fact, I bet he was completely unaware he even had short arms. Let's wish this young man the best while he deals with this grievous and debilitating condition and hope that he can survive and overcome.
