Iowa returns home for the final two home games of the season (barring any NIT hosting duties) and a chance to climb to .500 in the Big Ten and 20 wins overall with wins in both games. Iowa hasn't hit either benchmark since the pungent aroma of hair gel hung in the air at CHA: the last .500 or better record in league play was 06-07 and the last season with 20 or more wins was 05-06. Oh, and I suppose a win over Illinois would keep Iowa's just-barely-there NCAA Tournament dreams alive, too. So that would be nice.
