In a 17-14 upset victory, MAC East champions Bowling Green defeated undefeated #1 ranked CMU for the MAC crown. Lighting conditions were obviously poor, as both teams combined for 9 interceptions. When asked how he felt about a 2 loss team he'd already defeated winning the championship, a clearly shell-shocked soltman45 stuttered, "Well we know the division thingy could make that happen, but never expected it. I'm still pissed about the damned circle button. Every time I hit it, the ball went right to the other team."
