Washington recently legalized marijuana use, and now local news affiliates have more story fodder. Nothing overly surprising here (BREAKING: POT IMPAIRS YOUR ABILITY TO DRIVE). However, as UPROXX pointed out, this video deserves attention for its star, Addy. She's a daily user with a prescription for marijuana and thought it was best to get high before the testing even began.
