It looks like Marvin McNutt was cut by the Eagles today. I'm not sure if the Eagles will try to re-sign him to their practice squad or if another team will give him a shot. I checked in on him during the preseason but he didn't appear to do much in the Eagles games.
My kids will be disappointed by this as McNutt was their favorite Hawkeye last year. I had to talk my 8 year old out of wanting to get a McNutt Eagles Jersey.
Here's hoping he catches on somewhere and gets a shot.
