I read college football news occasionally and noticed this posting today.
Iowa comes in at 25 using their method, which pretty much amounts to giving 25 points for being number 1 in the AP poll at the end of the year, down to 1 for being 25th. Now, one could argue about using the AP, etc., but it is the only poll that has been available since 1936, so it includes a lot of years. Iowa at 25 seemed about right to me. Thought you all might be interested...
Oh by the way, check out where our friends* from Iowa State landed.
*No, they aren't really our friends, but I wanted to at least look nice while bashing them.
