You are hiking in the mountains of northern Iowa. After an ardous and tiring day you find the ruins of an abandoned castle. Inside the castle you find a magic lamp. You rub the lamp and a freakishly large blue genie pops out. After conversing with the genie for a couple minutes you realize he is mildly retarded and could possibly actually be Robin Williams himself. The genie offers you only ONE wish, take it or leave it.

Would YOU trade any of Iowa's many wrestling NCAA titles for titles in other sports? Would you take 8 NCAA titles away from wrestling and put them into football, for example? Would you take 3 more away and put them into soccer? How would you guys resolve the situation.
