What Nike is doing with Oregon has the potential to be advantageous to every college football team in the country. Sure they do silly things with their uniforms, but they’re also game-testing new uniform technology which will be trickled down to other Nike sponsored programs.

I just hate Oregon
because their uniforms and their scheme seem very cheesy.
And Belotti and Kelly seem like douches.
And Oregon occasionally steals a recruit from Iowa.
And they are cheaters (the “buying recruiting info” thing, and the bizarre rental car story that seemed to go away too quickly).
And they think they should get more respect than they’ve truly earned (if Wisky wins tonight, Oregon will be 1-4 in BCS bowls since 1977).
And, even when they are “really good” they seem to blow a game or two or four to teams that they probably shouldn’t.

have nothing to do with Oregon. It would be like the Hawkeyes wearing shiny orange helmets to a bowl game.

about an hour outside of Knoxville, just down the road from Oak Ridge. So I get it. On the plus side, Dad and I go fly fishing in the Smokies when I get down these, and the kids have seen a good chunk of the park. Not up Mt. LeConte yet, but I am thinking about taking the 8 yo this summer.
