While Penn State’s quarterbacks looked like they should have looked against a crappy team, Alabama’s quarterbacks were throwing four interceptions against Kent State. So our quarterbacks are obviously a joke and obviously inferior.
That reasoning is silly. If Penn State loses, it will be because the offensive line got blown up, not because of the quarterbacks.

Yes, how could I look at Bobert's 6/12 for 37 yards stat line and fail to be AMAZED at his improvement.

But I tend to think that Penn State generally does a good job of developing players. Moreover, I actually listened to the game and I tend to trust the judgement of an NFL Hall of Famer over most others.

We seem to be putting a lot of bad juju out there and I think it is getting to the team. It’s the second game of the season with a young team playing a team that flips its shit for this game. Calm the fuck down on the sky is falling bullshit. We look like PSU fans.

What worries me is that the D isn’t tackling or pursuing well, and on O we’ve got Coker so gassed it’s only going to make him more prone to fumble.

Iowa was clearly the better team in the first quarter, ISU in the second

When you’re deep in your own territory…you have to be somewhat conservative…
The exact thing they’d expect from us is to run on 1st and 2nd with a dropback pass on 3rd and long. We gave them that, leading directly to our own one yard line. Sometimes you have to be aggressive deep in your own territory. We have a WR with 92 and 88 yard TD catches on his resume.

This was just poor all around,
offense looked anemic in the second half, defense couldn’t stop anything, special teams same old same old.
in OT the game is in the hands of the defense
