Another big Iowa-PSU win, this time against #11 PSU.
While Commings thought he was turning around Iowa, this game was more a result of PSU being fairly mediocre in '76 than anything else. Penn State's talented but inexperienced and kinda sloppy team would go on to a record of 22-2 in 1977 and 1978, while Commings got replaced by High Porch Picnic.
