Oregon being investigated by the NCAA for paying unusually large amounts of money to recruiting services. Specifically, they paid $25,000 to a Willie Lyles (love the name) shortly after RB Lache Seastrunk signed last year.
Could this be the next Cecil Newton loophole? The
agent person helping the player get recruited sells the player to the school, and sends a few bucks back the parents' way.
