this probably should be brought up in an ACC or SEC blog, but i think i would get better answers in here than anywhere else, and less "omg no way SEC rulz" type answers.
it sounds to me like there are some really different ways of thinking between those two schools (and Vandy) and the rest of the SEC when it comes to oversigning, and the last school that had those issues took its ball and went to the ACC with it (Georgia Tech), so why wouldn't Florida and Georgia do the same?
I mean, really whats keeping Florida and Georgia from leaving? they fit geographically, both teams have rivals in the ACC and both are probably going to still do as well as they were without the SEC name behind it. the only thing keeping those two in the SEC is money and loyalty, and i would imagine money isnt that big of an issue for these two schools no matter how the ACC distributes its money around.
Speculation is fun
