A few months ago I created a FanPost comparing the college stats of our beloved ultra-Patriot Ricky Stanzi and Tom "NFL MVP" Brady. Now that the season is over and Stanzi is prepping for the NFL Draft, I have provided an updated comparison (after the Jump).
Sure, Tom Brady had better W/L results in his Michigan career, but the raw stats are pretty darn similar, their physical stature is similar, and according to this piece by Brad Wilbricht on the Arizona Cardinals scout.com site, Ricky Stanzi is the new Tom Brady.
So, the good news for Ricky is that he only has to put in a few years of hard work before he starts collecting Lombardi trophies, MVP awards, and actress/supermodel girlfriends. Mr. Stanzi, the world is your oyster.
