and i agree if Iowa goes undefeated the rest of the way, that would be ideal, however I don’t think that Iowa goes undefeated the rest of the way. Having MSU with a loss and we beat them, then all the better for Iowa to get to the CCG.

So, I've put it to myself that I'll get my entire apartment clean before the Iowa game.
With that goal in mind, which game would be best to have on in the background. Mind you, I don’t want a boring-ass game that will make me want to puke. I want something relatively interesting that I can glance at for a few moments at a time!

It was cold & nasty, the stadium was half empty and had all the enthusiasm of a wake, and the entire Iowa team appeared as if they were seriously stoned.
I saw that too.

There is a bar in riverside with a pool table worth checking out. You crawl under it and there is a small sign engraved with something like “Capt’n Kirk conceived here”. It lists a date I don’t remember. Last time I saw it would’ve been the late 90’s and I may have been somewhat tipsy, so I’ll use that excuse for the lack of detail …
Riverside is tiny enough that I’m quite certain that said pool table can be easily found with only that much info.

I want MSU to win this for two reasons.
1.) This is a very Iowa 09’ season they have going for them this year and I remember how fun that was for me. I can only hope that other sports fans can get a taste of that heart-attack inducing magical anxiety and release that comes with that kind of a season.
2.) Iowa still controls their own destiny and I think that, although most-likely improbable, they can beat all three of the teams that they will be tied with after today in the Legends division clusterfuck.

Last year on their “magical run” of 7-0 they played all the games (except jNW) at home. Then we stomp them and they fall apart. Looks like @ Lincoln is too much to handle also.

I don't mean to look past MINN and UM...
