So SMA's weightloss drive has coincided with a work weight loss challenge and Ive decided to kick my fat ass in gear. I weighed in Tueday and tipped(damn near cracked) the scale at just shy of 361. Today I weighed 353. Now I know that 3 days doesnt mean much in the big picture, but I havent been excercising or starving myself. I just chose smaller portions and better food. It was very encouraging to find out that making those small changes can have a positive impact and Im actually kind of excited to start working out to see the pounds keep dropping. Hope everyone is doing well who is a week into the challenge. Only 100 pounds to go and Im back to my graduation weight 10 years ago. Im going to have to figure out a good balance for "cheating" though, cuz buffalo wings and pizza are NOT leaving my life for good!
