This story over at the Worldwide Leader says the Big Ten has issued a press release saying that the Divisional alignments will be revealed at a press conference at 6 p.m. Iowa time. According to, again, several sources:
The two divisions in the Big Ten will look like:
• Michigan, Nebraska, Iowa, Michigan State, Northwestern and Minnesota.
• And Ohio State, Penn State, Wisconsin, Purdue, Indiana and Illinois.
I guess that's that. Obviously we'll be discussing the ramifications of these alignments for a while, but say goodbye to season-ending rivalry games between Michigan and Ohio State.
/With a hat tip to several posters from this Fanpost. But I thought this needed more attention.
