It's a bummer to hear.
Hopefully he figures out whatever it is that’s keeping him away and he comes back strong. A redshirt year may not hurt.

On the one hand...
I don’t want to see this happen.
On the other hand, if we go through a whole season with all three healthy (Hampton, Robinson, and Wegher), then it would make a ton of sense to have one of them redshirt.

I know that many people want something bad to happen so they perceive that life is proceeding normally as Hawkeye football fans. But until we actually have facts in evidence and a decision has been made, how about we all chill out.
