Is football to blame? Or wrestling maybe?

It appears Iowa is moving beyond safety school status for some out-of-state student applicants. Popularity is a funny thing though, and very hard to figure out. Might it be that Adrian Clayborn's dominance in the Orange Bowl is the reason for a lack of space for incoming freshmen? Is back-to-back National Championships equal to a larger library or the hiring of a rock star professor? Does this mean Carver-Hawkeye might approach at least one sell out now? Okay, let's not get crazy here. Still, thought you might find this interesting.
