So I know that the poll came in for a TCF Bank Hawkeye christening, but I was wondering if this was a direct democracy or a representative one where our leaders consider the public opinion before making the final decision? Fyi, that's civics, not politics. I ask because I need to make my time off requests for the semester soon, and would like to plan accordingly.
