Georgia Tech complained bitterly when they learned that the toe of Iowa defensive coordinator Norm Parker had been spotted at an Iowa City grocery store. "This little piggy, literally, went to market" said GT's athletic director, assuming they have one. "That's bullshit", replied Iowa wide receiver Derrell Johnson-Koulianos, when asked to identify an odiferous mound near the bull.
Things got more contentious when Iowa fans claimed that Parker could coach against the triple option with one hand tied behind his back. Georgia Tech responded, but frankly it was hard to hear them since they had instituted a policy of being on the diametrically opposite point of earth from Adrian Clayborn. Nonetheless, an agreement was reached when Parker had a finger amputated. In the interests of fairness, he then gave Georgia Tech the finger.
